About the YABATECH HND Full-time Form
The YABATECH HND form is for interested candidates who have completed a National Diploma programme (OND) at any institution in Nigeria and want to further their studies with the Higher National Diploma programme at Yaba College of Technology.
There are two types of HND programmes at YABATECH: the HND full-time programme and the HND part-time programme.
The significant difference between the two programmes are;
- HND Full-time graduates can go for National Youth Service while Part-time students cannot. HND Part-time graduates will get an NYSC exemption later instead.
- The lecture schedules are different. Full-time students receive lectures from Mondays to Fridays, 8 am to 9 pm while part-time students receive lectures in the evening or on weekends for management courses.

Before you apply for the form, you need to know if the course you want to apply for is available for the HND programme.

The YABATECH HND Full-time form costs ₦‎15,000 and ₦‎4,000 for result verification of one sitting or ₦‎8,000 for two sittings.
Eligibility
ND programme
To apply for the YABATECH HND programme, you must have completed a National diploma programme at any polytechnic in Nigeria with at least a lower credit.
YABATECH also accepts candidates with PASS but such candidate must undergo two years of industrial training.
Necessary O’level requirements
You must have all the required O’level subjects to apply for the course you want. If you are coming from another polytechnic, you need to confirm that your O’level result meets the requirements of YABATECH because the requirements for the school where you did your National Diploma may be different.
There have been cases where some candidates apply and do not get admitted because they thought that the O’level requirements for all the schools are the same.
At YABATECH, at least five credit passes in Mathematics, English language and any other three relevant subjects are required.

Industrial Training
Candidates with lower credits or above must have completed the compulsory one-year industrial training while candidates with a pass must undergo two years of industrial training to be considered for admission.
How to Apply for the YABATECH HND Full-time Form
Follow the steps below to purchase the YABATECH HND form for full-time.
Step 1: Visit the YABATECH Application Portal
Visit the Yaba College of Technology application portal on your computer or smartphone.
Step 2: Generate an Invoice
Click on the Generate payment invoice tab.
Under the application category, select HND Full-time programme and enter your correct details.
Click on submit when you are done to generate your invoice.
Please note that your names should be exactly as they appear on your certificates
Step 3: Make Payment
At the bottom of the page, click on pay online with credit card or ATM card.
You will be redirected to the Remita portal to make payment for the form. Click on submit, enter your ATM card details and complete the payment.
Step 4: Fill in your details
After making payment, the next step is to log in to the website and fill in your details.
You can log in to the YABATECH application page here.
Log in with your application number. Your surname is your password.
Once you are logged in, fill in your information and select how many Olevel results you are applying with.
On the next page, you will be required to select the polytechnic where you did your Ordinary National diploma, your CGPA and the grade level.
Click on the next button when you are done.
Step 5: Pay for Result Verification
Yaba College of Technology charges students to verify their Olevel results. This is done to prevent candidates from using fake Olevel results to gain admission into the school.
After completing step 4, an Olevel result verification payment invoice will be generated for you. Click on the Pay online with credit card o Atm card link at the bottom of the page to initiate the payment process.
This payment will cost you 4,000 if you are applying with one Olevel result and 8,000 if you are applying with two different Olevel results.
Enter your card details and complete the payment.
Step 6: Fill in your Olevel Result
Go back to the application portal, log in using this link, click the next button till you get to the page where you need to fill in your Olevel result.
Carefully enter the details on your Olevel result and click on submit.
Step 7: Preview and Submit
Preview the information you entered while filling out the form. Make all the details are correct, if not, you can click the back button and make corrections.
If you are satisfied with the preview, you can click the submit button and print your YABATECH HND Full-time application form.

YABATECH does not conduct screening interviews or exams for its HND Full-time applicants. After purchasing the form, candidates should be expecting the YABATECH HND Full-time admission list.
