UNIUYO Supplementary Form 2024/2025

Through the UNIUYO supplementary form, candidates who applied to the institution’s 100-level full-time programme but were not offered admission can choose a less competitive course to increase their chances of getting admitted.

In the 2024/2025 admission season, the institution will allow candidates to choose a supplementary course while purchasing the UNIUYO Post-UTME form. The school is doing this to fast-track the admission process as the year is already far spent.

How to Apply for the UNIUYO Supplementary Form

Follow the steps below to register for the UNIUYO supplementary form;

Step 1: Choose a Supplementary Course

Choose a course from the list of courses above.

Step 2: Confirm O’Level Combination 

After choosing a course, confirm that you have the required O’Level subjects to study that course.

You can check the JAMB brochure for the subject combination.

Step 3: Add your Supplementary Course to the UNIUYO Post-UTME portal

Now that you have selected a supplementary course and confirmed the subject combination, the next step is to add the supplementary course to the UNIUYO Post-UTME portal.

Visit the UNIUYO Post-UTME portal and switch to desktop mode if you are browsing with a mobile phone. Login with your JAMB registration number and UNIUYO password.

Once logged in, click on register/edit form at the left-hand side of the screen.

Click on register supplementary course and select the course you chose earlier.

Click on register for supplementary form when you are done.

Click on the finish registration tab and also click the finish registration button below to complete your UNIUYO supplementary form registration. See the image below.

Step 4: Join our UNIUYO group

After completing the supplementary form registration, join our UNIUYO group to get updates on the admission process.
