LASU JUPEB (Foundation) Programme Form 2023
The sales of the forms for the Lagos State University, LASU JUPEB programme have commenced. The LASU JUPEB programme lets candidates gain admission into the 200-level undergraduate programme of selected Nigerian Universities.

What is the LASU JUPEB Programme?
The LASU JUPEB Programme is a one-year programme that enables successful candidates to gain admission into the 200-level undergraduate programme of Lagos State University and other Universities affiliated with JUPEB.
Note that the LASU JUPEB Programme is also known as the LASU Foundation programme.
Candidates who are admitted into the JUPEB (Foundation) programme through the Lagos State University will commence lectures at the Lagos State University Foundation programme campus, Topo, Badagry for a period of 9 months. After which an exam will be written.
Students who pass the final exam will be admitted into the 200-level for any qualifying course.
Who Should Apply for the LASU JUPEB Programme?
The programme costs a reasonable amount of money and time (approximately one year). If you are a parent, only enrol wards who are brilliant, hardworking and somehow failed to get admission to the University after their first trial.
The JUPEB programme does not guarantee that a student who goes through the programme will be offered admission.
Admission is strictly by merit, hence the need to enrol only hardworking and brilliant students.
Admission Requirements for LASU Foundation Programme
Candidates applying for the form must have at least five credit passes in their O’level/SSCE results. The subject combination depends on the course the candidate is applying for.
English Language is compulsory for all courses. Candidates who want to study courses in Medicine, Nursing, Agricultural Science, Science Education, Social Sciences, Engineering, and Management Sciences must have at least a credit in Mathematics.
Interested applicants who purchased the form will be invited to write an exam. Candidates who pass the exam will be subject to pay for the LASU foundation programme acceptance fee.

Lagos State University accepts WAEC, GCE and NECO results. NABTEB is not accepted in LASU and most Universities in the country.
Criteria For Admission into 200 LEVEL
At the end of the programme, students will sit for a JUPEB final examination. The course that will be awarded to students depends on their performance in the JUPEB exam. Students must also purchase a JAMB direct entry form after the programme is completed.
How to Apply for LASU JUPEB/Foundation Programme
Follow the procedures below to apply for the form;
Step 1: Visit the LASU Foundation Application portal
The form can be purchased online by visiting the LASU foundation portal.
Step 2: Fill in Your Details
On getting to the LASU Foundation portal, enter your first name, middle name and last name. Your last name is your surname.
You also need to enter your date of birth, gender, email address and phone number.
Step 3: Copy the Application Number and Print Form
Copy the application number as you will be needing it later on.
Print the form or save it on your device as PDF.
Step 4: Pay for the Form
Click on the Pay for form button to proceed to the payment page.
Click on the currency selection link to choose the currency you want to pay with.
Select Naira if you are paying with Naira or Dollar for payments in USD.
On the next page, you will see a list of programmes offered at Lagos State University, scroll down and select the JUPEB programme from the list of options.
Enter your application number. Under application type, select JUPEB programme and select currency once again.
Click on continue to proceed.
You will be required to enter your email and phone number again for confirmation.
Once you enter these details, click on next.
Accept the terms and conditions by ticking the box.
Click on pay with Paytech to make the payment.
Enter your card details and click on submit.
Step 5: Complete the Application Form
After payment, go back to the LASU Foundation programme homepage and click on “complete form after payment”.

Enter your application number and surname.
Once you are logged in, fill in all the required fields.
Step 6: Print out the Form
When you are done filling out the form, print out the completed application form. You will need it during the LASU JUPEB entrance exam.
The entrance examination for the LASU JUPEB (Foundation) programme will be held by 11 AM on Saturday, 10th of September 2022 at the LASU Foundation Programme Location, Topo Road, Badagry.
All applicants must be available to write the exams.
The Lagos State University management gives hostels and transport services to its foundation/Jupeb programme students. However, accommodation is not free and it is on a first come first serve basis.
