DayStar Skill Acquisition Programme (DSAP) 2024
The Daystar Skill acquisition programme is a triannual (3 times a year) programme that is held in February, June and October.
In this programme, you will learn skills in selected courses for free.
Registration for the first batch of this programme has commenced. This article will show you the list of courses available and how to apply for the programme.
About the Daystar Skill Acquisition Programme (DSAP)
DSAP as it is popularly called is solely sponsored by the Daystar Christian centre. The programme was launched in November 2009 to discover and develop a new generation of financial role model entrepreneurs through specialized skills training.
The Daystar skill acquisition programme aligns with the church’s mission to empower, develop and maximize your full potential.
The programme is done online so you can participate from the comfort of your home anywhere in the world. Participants will undergo 21 days in which assignments will be given.
To get a certificate from the programme, you must complete the training and assignments within the stipulated period.

Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to be eligible to apply for the Daystar Skill acquisition programme;
- Must be 18 years or above.
- Must have a smartphone or computer.
- You must have access to the Internet.
- Be ready to buy the materials you will need for the training.
- Ready to complete the training and assignments.
- Candidates from any religious affiliation are welcome to apply.
- You cannot apply for more than one skill in a single diet.
How to Apply for Daystar Skill Acquisition Programme
DSAP has a limited number of candidates it can train in each diet; if you are interested in the programme, you must apply as soon as possible.
Follow the steps below to apply for the Daystar Skill Acquisition Programme;
Step 1: Pick a Skill
From the list of skills available, pick anyone you are interested in.
Step 2: Visit the Application Portal
Now that you have chosen a skill, visit the DSAP application portal to commence registration.
On getting to the portal, click the available courses button.
The list of courses for the diet will pop up on your screen.
Click on the skill you selected in Step 1.
Step 3: Read the Course Information
Before you continue with the application, read the course brief details and the course “about” information to see if it’s really what you are interested in.
Also, read about the materials needed for the course and ensure you have them or can afford to purchase them.
If you do not have the materials needed, you can consider another course.
If you are satisfied with the information about the course so far, click the apply button on the page.
Step 4: Fill in your details
After clicking the apply button in step 3, you will be redirected to the registration page usually hosted on Eventbrite.
Fill in your information in the appropriate fields and submit.
When you are done, you will receive a confirmation email to show that you have successfully registered for the Daystar Skill acquisition programme.
You will also get information on the next step you need to take.

The application for the first batch of DSAP commenced on January 21, 2024, and will end on January 28, 2024.
