DayStar Skill Acquisition Programme (DSAP) 2024
The Daystar Skill acquisition programme is a triannual (3 times a year) programme held in February, June and October.
In this programme, you will choose from a list of selected skills to learn for free.
Registration for the third batch of this programme has commenced. This article will show you the list of courses available and how to apply for the programme.
About the Daystar Skill Acquisition Programme (DSAP)
DSAP as it is popularly called is solely sponsored by the Daystar Christian centre. The programme was launched in November 2009 to discover and develop a new generation of financial role model entrepreneurs through specialized skills training.
The Daystar skill acquisition programme aligns with the church’s mission to empower, develop and maximize your full potential.
The programme is held either online or physically (depending on the discretion of the organizers). Participants will undergo 21 days in which assignments will be given.
To get a certificate from the programme, you must complete the training and assignments within the stipulated period.

- Pastries and Cocktail.

- Soft Furnishing.
- Video Editing.
- Website Design.
Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to be eligible to apply for the Daystar Skill acquisition programme;
- Must be 18 years or above.
- Be ready to buy the materials you will need for the training.
- Ready to complete the training and assignments.
- Candidates from any religious affiliation are welcome to apply.
- You cannot apply for more than one skill in a single diet.
How to Apply for the Daystar Skill Acquisition Programme
DSAP has a limited number of candidates who can be trained in each diet; if you are interested in the programme, you must apply as soon as possible.
Follow the steps below to apply for the Daystar Skill Acquisition Programme;
Step 1: Pick a Skill
From the list of skills available, pick anyone you are interested in.
Step 2: Check the Requirements
Now that you have chosen a skill, visit the DSAP portal to see the requirements for the course you chose.
On getting to the portal, click the available courses button.
The list of courses for the diet will pop up on your screen. Click on the skill you selected in Step 1.
Scroll down to the skill/course information, read about the course and most importantly, the tools needed. You must have all the required tools to participate.
Step 3: Registration
Registration and participation for the previous diets were held online, however, the church has decided that registrations for the third diet will be done physically at the church auditorium and the attendance.
To register, visit Annex 1, Daystar Christian Centre, Ikosi Road, Oregun, Lagos, Nigeria.
Deadline for Application
Registration will commence by 9 am on Friday, October 4 2024 and end on the same day.
If you missed the deadline, you can WhatsApp channel to be notified when the next batch is available.
